Through our Convergent Billing program, we can add rent and other related charges such as parking, trash or pet fees onto a consolidated statement.  Our Convergent Billing program is ideal for clients that are interested in our utility submetering and billing services but prefer to handle their collections. Through our integration into our clients’ property software, we can automatically obtain occupancy information and property charges and post utility charges.
